R\u00dcF\u00dcS DU SOL<\/a>\u00a0have released\u00a0Inhale \/ Exhale Remixed<\/em>, a collection of reworks that feels like a curated expansion of the world the trio built in their stunning fifth album<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The project brings together a wide-ranging group of producers from around the globe, including\u00a0Adriatique,\u00a0Carlita, Andrea Oliva, Francis Mercier, Enamour and EDM.com Class of 2024<\/a> star Nitefreak.\u00a0From melodic house to Afro-tech, the remixes explore the interplay between tension and release, keeping the emotional core of the source material intact while transforming R\u00dcF\u00dcS DU SOL’s aching songwriting.<\/p>\n

Mercier\u2019s remix of\u00a0“Levitating”\u00a0channels his signature Afro-house style into something subtly anthemic. The groove rolls forward with ease, supported by earthy percussion and warm synth flourishes. Rather than overhauling the track, he finds room to emphasize its emotional lift, producing a\u00a0textured\u00a0version that feels expansive without being overstated.<\/p>\n

Carlita\u2019s version of “Inhale” takes the original\u2019s introspective tone and gives it an off-kilter elegance as lead singer Tyrone Lindqvist’s vocals float through warped synths and glitched percussion. There’s a dreamy unpredictability to the structure, as if the track is constantly shifting its footing without ever losing control. It’s both delicate and disorienting, offering one of the album\u2019s most artful reinterpretations.<\/p>\n
